Constant jackhammer noise throughout the day!!! Inconsistent hot water supply and complicated toilet arrangement could use a rethink!!!

It was just a fine choice for a break on a long journey in Zipolite with good value considering the price charged. The beachfront is stunning with plenty of places to relax and enjoy. Bring some insect repellent for comfort at night.

Beach Bliss with a Few Bumps

The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach, and the staff is warm and welcoming. The food was decent, but not the best value. Sadly, the noisy atmosphere made it tricky to relax fully.

I loved being just a short walk from the stunning Punta Cometa Lookout Point and the relaxed vibe of the beach, as well as enjoying tasty meals at nearby restaurants like Orale Cafe, which was less than a 5-minute walk away.

The room we stayed in had a stunning sea view that really made our mornings special. The kids loved the close proximity to the beach, and the staff was incredibly friendly, making our family feel welcome throughout our stay.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could use more shaded spots for families.

The beachfront property offers a unique experience right on a clothing-optional beach, making it comfortable for both naked and clothed guests. The ocean view apartment features a stunning vista, a private deck, and a fridge, setting it apart from standard rooms, which are basic yet cozy.

The Wi-Fi connection proved unreliable, forcing me to trek to communal areas for a signal—a hassle if you need to get something done. While I appreciated the rustic charm, my room lacked air conditioning, resulting in insects invading at night when I left the window open. Also, the dining experience missed the mark—pricing felt inflated for the quality and several menu items were not available during my stay, leaving me unsatisfied.

The location is fabulous, right on the beach and away from the noisy part of Zipolite, but only a five-minute walk to the main street. The atmosphere is very relaxed, allowing nudity in most areas. Staff is friendly and attentive, and both breakfast and dinner were enjoyable with moderate prices.
